Refunds & Returns
Most of our services are offered through online sessions in zoom. Payment to book a service is required up front in full. If you need to cancel a booking we can offer a full refund as long as its cancelled within 24 hours of the booked service. If you need to cancel after the 24 hour period we do require a 25% cancellation fee.
Physical products like branded merchandise and gear are non refundable once shipped. We can only offer a refund on these items if they are returned to us un-opened and in the original packaging. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
Shipped Goods
We do offer some phyical products like our branded merchandise as well as books and equipment. Any item that is physically shipped is done via Canadapost.ca or from a drop ship directly from the supplier. All shipments include a tracking ID and insurance for guaranteed delivery.
Customer Privacy
We respect our clients and customers privacy. We do not share or distribute any information collected during a booking or order. We do keep an internal customer list for our own marketing and advertising campaigns. All data is collected via secure browsers.
